Registration

All coaches, teams and players must register with US Futsal.

• Step 1: Register Your Coach
• Step 2: Register Your Team
• Step 3: Register Your Players (Cost: $9/player paid online to US Futsal).
• Step 4: Complete your TEAM REGISTRATION FORMS and mail forms with payment of $550 to American Futsal Academy, Inc.

Each player will receive a US Futsal Player Card good for August 1, 2011 - July 31, 2012. This player card can be used for PA State, NJ State, Regional and National Championships as well as other US Futsal sanctioned leagues and tournaments. The $550 league fee covers your team and all referee fees, but does not cover US Futsal player and coach registration paid above. There is a maximum roster of 12 players per roster.
